The webinar will help individuals develop a better understanding of the criminal justice system. It will review definitions and common terms heard during a criminal trial and review various laws and types of offences there are in Canada. It will also speak to bail, court appearances, review the pre-trial process and common resolutions typically offered by the Crown.
