Angie’s has worked as a news anchor and reporter for CTV News Channel covering the biggest stories of the day including 2 Federal elections, U-S elections, COVID-19 pandemic, the death of George Floyd, to the Queen’s funeral and the Coronation of King Charles III. In March 2023, she was offered her own show at CTV – This Hour with Angie Seth. This was an all-Canadian content one hour show comprised of interviews with CTV anchors across the country about issues important to Canadians in the respective provinces on both a regional and National level. Prior to that Angie was a Global multi-market national news anchor for the 6pm and 11pm newscasts. She was a radio host for CBC in 2013, but her career began at OMNI television where Angie anchored their flagship English newscast, South Asian News.

Angie is a strong advocate for women’s rights, children’s rights, the fight against domestic violence, racism, and discrimination. She has received a number of awards including the Edward Murrow Award for Innovative Journalism in 2018 for Multimarket Content, and the Queens Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2012 for her work as a journalist and contributions to the community.
