Meet our SHE MATTERS 2025 Emcee’s Janice Liu and Bella Iannetta

Janice Liu

Janice Liu is a serial entrepreneur, investor and community builder. She’s currently the CEO of Mantis Group, a data commercialization and consulting firm based in Toronto that helps companies monetize data and solve problems through data and AI product development. As a community builder, she co-organizes Filling the Gap, a women’s empowerment community and Super Club, a BIPOC leadership community that’s made up of 400+ strong leaders in Toronto.

Isabella Ianetta

Bella Iannetta is a member of the Filling the Gap leadership team, a published poet, an advertising strategist, and a Master of Digital Media student at Toronto Metropolitan University. Bella brings her creativity and curiosity to everything she explores; her artistic and poetic practice is inspired by her lived experience with OCD, most notably in her book of intrusive thought poetry by Ace of Swords Publishing titled, “Thoughts that got stuck in my head.” With nine years of navigating the corporate world as a queer, neurodivergent woman, she applies her gained knowledge and experience to support her passion for community building and giving others the space to exist and express their fullest selves.
